Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

 

  • Free shipping 8-10 business days 

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

 

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website to stay updated on its delivery status.

 

International Shipping:

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. International shipping times vary depending on your location and customs processing. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

FrostedLinks is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

 

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. FrostedLinks is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
